A health center in Brooklyn is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician for a promising opportunity with their growing team.

About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
• Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, 1 Saturday/month (will get day off during the week)
• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Patient Population: Outpatient Ambulatory

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Physician will:

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted NYS medical license
• Unrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certifications
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
• Experience in an Outpatient setting
• Familiarity with Community Health Center operations
• Culturally competent with skills/experience working with diverse populations
