We invite dedicated Family Medicine Physicians to join our community health facility, a cornerstone of Upstate South Carolina healthcare for decades. Practice Details:

• Well-respected community health facility with a decades-long commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare
• Modern facility equipped with new technology and EPIC EMR system
• Collaborative and supportive team environment
• This position is J1 and H1B Visa Eligible 

Schedule:

• Fully outpatient setting
• No night or weekend responsibilities 
• Average patient volume of 16-18 PPD
