- Compensation: · $210,000.00 - $230,000.00 annually· Half of the sign on bonus is paid after 3 months of starting a position and the rest is paid after 6 months.

- Additional Info: RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide medical care in line with medical training to patients at the Center.· Responsible for comprehensive recording of work-up activities, diagnostic findings,medical plans, & treatment follow up.· Order, interpret & evaluate diagnostic tests as needed.· Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and treatment in conjunction with other staff to formulate comprehensive treatment & rehabilitative plans.· Participate in the development/ implementation of new services, trainings andquality improvement projects.- Mentor medical students at CCHP during their rotations, if applicable.REQUIRED:· Computer literacy and EHR experience· Board Certified or eligible, in Internal Medicine· Valid NY state Medical License, DEA, & BLS certification · Ability to work effectively with diverse populationsPREFERRED: · 1 year working in a community health clinic or practice · Addiction Medicine experience · Spanish speaking · AA/ HIV certified
