  • M-F w/Hospital Call coverage
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Credentialing: 90 days

Required:

  • WV license; active and unrestricted
  • Board Certified
  • Supervise CRNAs
  • ABA, ACLS, BLS, CSR, DEA
  • General ANES comfortable with Peds and OBGYN
