TeamHealth has a new nocturnist hospitalist opening at St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas. This is an established program between TeamHealth and HCA staffed with internal medicine hospitalists and nocturnists that are all local to Austin. Our physicians work a traditional 7-on, 7-off schedule.

St. David's North Austin Medical Center has 441 beds, open ICU (operates as closed), and our physicians are not required to do procedures. Nocturnist physician works alongside an APC (7p-7a). During the nights the nocturnist and APC will average 10 admissions. There is a rapid response team that handles codes. The EMR at all campuses is Meditech.
