We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over a thriving practice in Central Wisconsin. The incoming provider will be joining a well-established system comprised of 7 hospitals and 65 clinics throughout portions of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. This particular clinic location has a huge 4-county draw population and serves a patient population of over 15,000 people. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• $250,000 - $325,000 base salary depending on schedule and experience level

Practice:

• 35-bed critical access hospital
• 2 physicians and 4 APPs currently at this location
• 15 patients per day
• 4 or 5-day work week options
• Imaging and lab services right across the street
• Tele-health access to all specialists and regular rotations through the clinic
