Office: 8am-5pm two full days per week, 2.5 days in surgery, half day flex.

Weekend call: Fri 5pm-Mon 8am

Clinic patients per day: 20

EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

IL state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified or Eligible

ACLS, BLS, CSR

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
