Length of Need:Ongoing

Avg Time to Credential:90-120 days

Daily DX Volume:200 CR; 134 CT; 8 CTA; 32 MR; 40 US

Percentage of Modality Split:50%CR; 36%CT; 1.8% CTA; 3.2%MR; 10%US

RVU Expectations: 8-10hr

Minimum # of shifts expected: 5 per month

Required Procedures:Plain film, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear medicine, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Must be able to read MRI Brain Perfusion

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified
• DEA

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Florida

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• CAQ; Neuro Fellowship
