Upstate New York- Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity

$620k+ Salary- $75k Signing Bonus

Take advantage of this opportunity to practice with a collegial Orthopedic Surgery team affiliated with the region’s leader in healthcare. This position will offer a high earning potential, work life balance, and extensive support.

Practice Setting:

• Monday- Friday schedule- Split between office and OR
• Shared Call Responsibilities- Only 7 days of call coverage per month 
• State of the art facilities with robotics and onsite imaging
• General Orthopedic Surgery practice with Shoulder/Elbow/Upper Extremity and Sports Medicine focus available

Compensation:

• Annual guaranteed base salary of $620,000+ (negotiable depending on experience) with additional production based and quality-based annual incentives for upside-earning potential 
• $75,000 Signing Bonus, $10,000 in relocation assistance, $25,000 Annual Quality Bonus
