University of Pittsburgh Physicians is seeking a Neonatologist to serve as an Associate Clinical Director, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Magee-Womens, UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. 'The overall function of the Associate Clinical Director for the Division of Neonatology is to lead and coordinate all activities related to clinical affairs in the Department of Pediatrics

'Assist Director with providing administrative oversight of the entire breadth of clinical activities in the NICU

'Assist Director with developing and reviewing all NICU policies, procedures, and equipment/facility needs

'Assist Director with providing administrative oversight of the medical residents, neonatal nurse practitioner, neonatal physician assistant, student nurse and allied health professional training programs affiliated with the NICU

'Represents the NICU on hospital committees as requested

'Serves as a liaison between the NICU, the pediatric medical staff and outside agencies (including JCAHO and State Department of Health)
