• Patient Ages: newborn to geriatrics
• General FP Cases: chronic care, COPD, diabetes, asthma, substance abuse
• General FP Procedures: vaccinations, physical exams, lesion removal, toenail removal

• Nestled between Northern California mountain ranges and the largest natural freshwater lake in the state
• Close proximity to Napa Valley, Mendocino Coast, and San Francisco
