A value-based, primary care group that serves the over 65 markets and focuses on patient accountability is growing and is expanding into the Alabama/Mississippi market. The group will be opening clinics in Mobile, Alabama, Gulfport, Mississippi, and Montgomery, Alabama, and will have 5 sites in total. The group will be hiring a Medical Director to oversee the sites in this market.

These highly rewarding positions offer:

• The position will involve overseeing operations at all 5 locations in the Alabama/Mississippi market. Very minimal travel - most meetings will be held virtually
• The successful candidate will also have a small patient panel for which he will provide direct patient care
• Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
• Financial potential in the mid to high $300?s range
• 25 PTO days, 9 Holidays, and 5 CME days
• Athena EMR
• Normal Monday - Friday schedule with very limited call responsibilities
• Prior administrative or leadership background is required
