DESCRIPTION:Im looking for a Family Medicine Physician to provide coverage in Medford.This outpatient clinic serves company employees and their families. The patient population is ages 2 and up.Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. Credentialing is FAST, 1-2 weeks.If you can help, please call.

• Shifts Open: Medford, OR for dates of 5/3, 5/24, 7/5 7:30a-3:30p all shifts
• Volume:2-3 pts/hour
• EMR:eClinicalWorks
• Ages 2+

REQUIREMENTS:

• OR License
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds
• 3 years experience
