- Stable and secure hospital-employed position
- More than $300K base salary, bonus incentives, and full hospital benefits package
- 7 on and 7 off block schedule is day shifts with some night blocks during the year
- Will be 161 shifts or 23 weeks annually with 29 weeks off
- Full back-up from all subspecialties
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2023 residents
- Western Wisconsin community located 60 minutes to Rochester and 2.5 hours to Minneapolis
