DESCRIPTION:

Non-profit FQHC
Currently treating 107,000 lives
Work with a team of primary care physicians, PA's, NP's, and behavioral health providers
Will be performing assessments, med management, and diagnostic evaluations
Brief, evidenced-based pharmacologic services are provided to children, adolescents, adults/or older adults in the primary care setting
Performs crisis interventions, as needed

COMPENSATION:

REQUIRED:

At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
CA medical license in good standing, or ability to obtain
Sensitive to multi-cultural concerns and the psychotherapeutic process required
Experience with primary care psychiatry or consultation-liaison psychiatry desired
