Locums Middlebury, OB/GYN Opening

Clinical Role:

- Needs 1 OB/GYN clinic coverage as well as on call coverage at hospital
- This is an immediate need so the provider needs an active VT license as well as a clean background (No malpractice, claims, clean NPDB, no work gaps)
- Needing call coverage at the hospital and a few dates in the clinic. See breakdown below:
- 5/24 5pm-5/28 7am
- 6/14 7am-6/17 7am (SLEEP time) 5pm 6/17-7am 6/18
- 6/19 7am-6/20 7am
- 7/26 7am-7/29 7am (SLEEP TIME) 7/29 5pm-7/30 7am
- 7/31 7am-8/2 7am
- Also 8/1 in clinic from 7am-5pm
- 8/3 7am-8/4 7am
- 8/4 7am-8/5 7am
- 8/5 7am-8/6 7am
- Also 8/5 and 8/7 in clinic from 7am-5pm
- 8/7 7am-8/8 7am
- 8/9 7am-8/12 7am
- In clinic 8/9 from 7am-5pm
- OB and acute GYN care for the office. Call coverage for hospital
- Anticipated procedures/ surgeries: Cesarean delivery, emergency D & C, 3rd and 4th degree repairs, or I/s surgery for torsion or ectopic
- There was an average of 24 deliveries per month in 2023
- Procedures preferred: Ultrasound reading
- Will accept experience over Fellowship
- OBGYN board certification required
- BLS Certification required
- Patient Load is variable
- There are additional surgical and support staff
- Possibility of working solo or back up to mid-wives
- Trauma level is low
- EMR is EPIC
- COVID Vaccination required
