An exciting residency program director opportunity is available in California. The position will be a mix of clinical and administrative work. You will work in close collaboration with residents and/or fellows. You will be involved in the development of curriculum, policies, and procedures for the program. In addition you will recruit residents into the program and develop evaluation process for their performance. The ideal candidate will have teaching and academic experience.
