- 6-12 month assignments and all locations have potential for extending
- Credential in Approx. 6-8 Weeks
- 8-10 Patients/day
- No Call
- All locations are full-time and 140.00/hour unless noted otherwise

- Vacaville-SOL Full & Part-time
- PLUS Officed-based Tele in Diamond Bar and Rancho Cucamonga.These are full-time M-F 7-3 or 8-5
REQUIRED:
- CA state license
- DEA
- ACLS
- COVID Vaccination
- BC Family or Internal Medicine
