Major Duties: SOCIAL WORKER (CLINICAL) - (GS-0185-12) - Provide group therapy sessions to inpatients. - Provide case management services. - Provide crisis intervention to service members. - Provide therapy using various modalities. - Provide timely feedback on findings to other medical providers and/or service members' command. - Monitor behavioral health treatment plans. - Evaluate treatment effectiveness to make adjustments. - Provide continuity consultations with providers. - Develop specific clinical pathways for targeted patient groups. - Refer patients for specialty behavioral health care when appropriate. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
