Job Title: RN Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location: N Lidgerwood St, Spokane, WA 99208

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possibility of extension)

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM ' 7:00 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates (Within 50 Miles):
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $57.00/hr

OR

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $64.00

Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,304.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $23.00

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $828.00

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,476.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $66.00/hr

Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,376.00

Key Responsibilities:

' Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

' Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

' Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

' Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.

' Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to optimize patient outcomes.

' Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

' Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient status.

Requirements:

' Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.

' Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.

' Minimum 1 year of recent PCU, Step-Down, Telemetry, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.

' Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.

' Excellent critical-thinking, assessment, and communication abilities.

' Experience with EMR documentation preferred.

' Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient care environment.
