Pay Details:

For Locals:
W2:
  • Hourly: $50.00
  • Weekly: $1,800
OR

1099:
  • Hourly: $55.00
  • Weekly: $1,980.00

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $53.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,908.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $18.40
Hourly Stipend: $34.60
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $662.40
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,245.60

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $55.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$1,980.00

Our client is seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse - Case Managerto coordinate and manage patient care through assessment, care planning, utilization management, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care and services.
  • Develop and document clear, concise Case Management plans.
  • Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, healthcare providers, and payers to ensure appropriate and cost-effective care.
  • Collaborate with payers and review organizations regarding utilization of patient care resources.
  • Educate physicians and staff regarding appropriate level-of-care and utilization issues.
  • Support discharge planning and effective transitions across the continuum of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with Case Management, Social Services, discharge planning, and nursing practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 'Required; Master's preferred
  • Experience:Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting and 5 years of hospital-based Case Management experience 'Required
  • Case Management certification ' Preferred, or willingness to obtain within 2 years
  • Current unrestricted Colorado RN License 'Required
  • BLS 'Required
  • Knowledge of utilization management, discharge planning, and continuum of care 'Required
