Position Highlights:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions for patients in a post-acute care setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for patient mental health and well-being
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist patients in managing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Uphold the highest ethical standards of care and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered practice
- A valid Kansas psychologist license is required (Missouri license is also preferred but not mandatory)
- Open to new graduates; prior experience in clinical settings is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth platforms for patient interaction
- A passion for mental health care and a dedication to improving the lives of individuals in post-acute settings
