A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage.

Shreveport is a city in Northwest Louisiana! While on assignment, you can visit R.W. Norton Art Gallery to see paintings and rare books or Spring Street Historical Museum to enjoy local history!

This Emergency Medicine opportunity offers 12-hour shifts with cross-credentialing available at four locations. The sites have a combined annual volume of 34,000 visits, averaging about 93 patients per day. PA/NP coverage is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with additional 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. shifts Monday through Thursday. The facility uses Meditech, has a 24.8% admission rate, and provides 38 hours of daily MD coverage. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
