Outpatient Advanced Primary Care | 4-Day Workweek (34 hours)

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovativeFamily Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associateat an employer-sponsored primary care clinic inAustin, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for patients' health and wellness. Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable 4-day, 34-hour, workweek with no weekends

• $124,000 - $147,600 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA board certification required
• Minimum of two years of practice experience, including treating patients 3+ years
