An established, physician led emergency medicine group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a full time emergency department team at a community based hospital with a strong academic affiliation. This role offers the opportunity to practice high quality emergency medicine in a collaborative environment with excellent physician support and clinical autonomy. The provider will care for a diverse patient population in a coastal New England setting, managing a broad range of emergency presentations for both year round residents and seasonal visitors. The practice environment supports hands on care, close collaboration with physicians, and exposure to varied case acuity. The position follows a 10 hour shift model with primarily day coverage and occasional overnight responsibility. Prior emergency medicine experience and board certification with licensure eligibility are required.
