- 5 x 8s, days -- 40 hrs/week
- Caseload: 55 visits/week
- Outpatient setting
- Adults, adolescent, and geriatric patients served
- No new grads -- experienced candidates only
- Ortho skills required -- including rotator cuff, back pain, and ACL
- Neuro skills required -- brachial plexus injury
- Fall risk and gross motor assessments required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment.
