• Hours:Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM

• Sign-On Bonus: $5000
• Compensation: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour

• Additional Info: General Responsibilities:- Complete physical assessment and provides appropriate diagnosis.- Manage therapy for patients including outlining care, providing prescriptions, coordinating consultations, and referrals.- Perform diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and follows up with critical results using appropriate protocol.- Communicates via telephone with patients to discuss patient tests, results, medication refills, and other medical questions.Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and Certification by the State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Internal Medicine Practice Nurse required- Current and Active OH license required- 2+ years experience as an NP- BLS trained
