A non-profit in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join their staff.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 6:15am - 1:45pm
• Call: Light rotated call

Responsibilities:

The Physician Assistant (PA) will:

• Perform physical exams, diagnose substance use disorders, provide medications for opioid use disorder and hepatitis C
• Provide primary care services to a subset of patients, order/review lab tests, respond to medical emergencies
• Identify problems and potential improvements in treatment process and enlist interest and support of other staff
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Active DEA registration
• NYS Physician Assistant (PA) license
