A Bariatric Surgery NP/PA opportunity is available in the Myrtle Beach, SC area working with a Weight Loss team within a large medical group.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Weight Loss/Bariatric team - assist with surgical cases, inpatient care, and outpatient follow-ups
• Work closely with surgeons to enhance surgical efficiencies
• Pre/Post Op management, conducting consultations, and providing patient education
• Mon-Fri - 4.5 days patient care and .5 day admin time per week
• No weekend or call responsibilities
• Support for bariatric surgeon and robotic surgeries, assisting in advanced procedures
• EMR used is Cerner
• Variable patient volume based on surgical caseload and clinic needs
• Broad age range of surgical patients
