Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant S ummary University of Vermont Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at the FitzPatrick Cancer Center, part of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital located in Plattsburgh, New York. The NP/PA will see approximately 10 - 12 patients per clinic shift, conducting pre-treatment and long-term follow-up visits, managing symptoms associated with chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and may include some coverage for infusion therapies. This role offers a strong blend outpatient follow-up care, meaningful physician collaboration, and the opportunity to work with a highly experienced and supportive team. Schedule This is a full-time 1.0 FTE exempt position that will be working primarily Monday - Friday during daytime outpatient hours (8am - 5pm).
