Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Hartford, CT We are seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Hartford, Connecticut. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
