An occupational health organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a two-day assignment in Fishers, Indiana. This role will conduct Human Performance Exams and clearance evaluations in a high-volume event setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Tuesday Sept 29 and Wednesday Sept 30
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Setting: On-site, event-based clinical setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform Human Performance Exams and related clearance evaluations
• Assess functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, strength, range of motion, endurance, and physical demand capabilities
• Identify medical limitations or restrictions that may affect job performance
• Conduct focused physical exams, health screenings, and medical history reviews as needed
• Document findings accurately and determine fit-for-duty status based on clinical evaluation
• Collaborate with onsite clinical and operational teams to support an efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings
• Ability to make clinical clearance decisions and assess functional capacity for job-specific tasks
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with fit-for-duty evaluations
• Familiarity with clearance assessments for physically demanding roles
• Experience working in fast-paced event-based clinical settings
