Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing psychotropic medications for patients requiring inpatient mental health services. The clinician will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams and maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions. The position requires board certification with prescriptive authority and involves working 40 hours per week during day shift hours with no call requirements.
