The facility is a comprehensive recovery ecosystemstreet outreach, drop-in support, structured rehab, full clinical and psychosocial services, and a wellness-focused skilled buildingall geared toward helping individuals with serious mental health needs regain stability and community belonging.
This role is based in a vibrant, coastal community in Southern California known for its diversity, cultural richness, and laid-back coastal energy. The facility is situated in an urban neighborhood that blends beach-town charm with a strong network of social services and public health resources.
The preferred work schedule is 100% onsite coverage, with assigned days as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for ISC; Tuesday for the ODR Program; and Friday for the Wellness Program. The EMR used is CareLogic, with training provided. While the ISC schedule is fixed, there is some flexibility with the ODR and Wellness programs.
