About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 37.5 clinical hours per week Setting: Outpatient Responsibilities: Evaluate patients referred for psychiatric assessment, including interviews, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide medication management and prescribe psychotropic medications as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, LCSWs, and other care team members on patient care Participate in case conferences, high-risk meetings, and integrated behavioral health efforts Document clinical care, monitor quality of care, and support transitions of care with external providers Qualifications: Master's degree Active Nurse Practitioner license in Psychiatry CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures used in health care centers Ability to deliver patient care, including preventive health education Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health center teams Desired Skills: Experience with psychiatric medication management and behavioral health integration Familiarity with electronic clinical documentation and telephone encounters Experience supporting patients with substance use disorders
