A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team in at one of their occupational medicine practices in Ocean County. This position focuses on evaluating and treating adult patients in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Rotating
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Setting: Occupational Medicine Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-employment and pre-placement physicals
• Provide return-to-work clearances
• Evaluate and treat workers' compensation injuries
• Order and interpret X-rays and laboratory results
• Conduct initial and follow-up occupational injury assessments, medical surveillance exams, exposure evaluations, health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• DOT Certification
• DEA registration
• CDS registration
• Senior occupational medicine experience
• Experience managing Workers' Compensation cases

Desired Skills:

• Experience collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical departments
• Prior travel experience
