Family NP/PA - $130k

Ashtabula, OH

Seeking an energetic Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multi-specialty group and experience tremendous growth in your practice.

Schedule

Full-time, negotiable scheduling
On call: 3-4 days per month
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned timely

Compensation & Benefits

$85K - $130K DOE (including bonuses)

Position Details

Required Procedures: EKG Interpretation, Adult Outpatient, General Outpatient, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
Clinic Practice Setting
10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
EMR: EPIC

Requirements

ACLS, BLS
BC/BE
Active OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - Required
