Facility is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Adult Medicine Clinic

- Provide comprehensive primary care, health promotion, and disease prevention in collaboration with department physicians.

- This role includes patient consultations, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and specialist referrals as needed.

- Strong clinical skills in taking medical history, assessing conditions, and interpreting findings.

- Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation.

- 1-2 years' experience in an ambulatory or urgent care setting preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

- Would consider 30 hours per week schedule
