For Locals: $75/hr to $80/hr
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the
50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $78.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $3,120.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $46.85

Stipend:

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,874.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $80.00

Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable X-Ray/Mammography Technologist
to join their Diagnostic Imaging team. The technologist will perform diagnostic
radiography and mammography procedures, producing high-quality images for
interpretation while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
Working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, the technologist will prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, evaluate images for technical quality, assist with procedures, and follow appropriate safety and aseptic techniques to support quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiography and mammography procedures.
- Prepare, position, and instruct patients for imaging procedures.
- Operate radiography and mammography equipment safely and effectively.
- Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout procedures.
- Assist with interventional procedures and administer contrast media or medications as permitted by policy and state regulations.
- Follow appropriate aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program – Required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience – Required
- Active OBMI and ARRT Mammography registration – Required
- BLS certification – Required
- EPIC experience – Preferred
