Requires a four-year (for MTs) or two-year (for MLTs) degree from an accredited training program in Medical Technology or biological science degree, with recent clinical experience within the past two years. Active or Eligibility for National Certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT, AAB), and clinical experience within the past 24 months. Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
