Credentialing Timeframe: 4560 days

Temps Available: With clean background/malpractice history and unrestricted license

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS (All via AHA)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

• Call Hours: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM

• Call Schedule:

• 4 weeks on, 1 week off rotation

• Weekday call: CRNA covers epidural call from 5 PM 7 AM

• Weekend call: Epidural call only

Call Response Time: 20 minutes

• MD supervision

• Endoscopy, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology

• Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required for all three

• 4 providers during the day
