About the Role

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting

Qualifications

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Kentucky
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $47,441- $56,929 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
