A healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Candor, NC to perform history and physicals in a high-volume clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering efficient patient assessments, documenting findings accurately, and identifying any abnormal findings or risk factors.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Wednesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 25
• Hours: 5:30pm - 8:30pm (Weds) & 5am to 11am (Thurs)
• Setting: In-person clinical event setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct history and physicals for patients in an event setting
• Obtain comprehensive medical, surgical, family, and social histories
• Perform thorough physical examinations in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Document findings accurately in the designated system
• Identify and escalate abnormal findings or risk factors

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• NPI number
• Experience performing patient assessments and physical examinations
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with history and physicals in an event or mobile health setting
• Strong patient communication skills
• Familiarity with virtual training sessions
