A healthcare organization in The Bronx is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary and preventive ambulatory care for patients with common illnesses and general health maintenance needs.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient ambulatory care

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient ambulatory setting.
• Conduct health maintenance visits and preventive care assessments.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and routine medical concerns.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and ongoing health management.

Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing with an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.
• Current valid license to practice nursing in New York State.
• Certification as an ANP, FNP, or PNP with prescriptive privileges in New York State.
