An excellent hybrid opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Program Coordinator - Drug Use Policy with a highly respected academic medical center in Southern California. This full-time role offers a combination of onsite and remote work and is ideal for a strong clinical pharmacist looking to transition into Drug Use Policy while taking on project-focused responsibilities. Qualified candidates must have a Pharm.D, strong clinical pharmacy experience, and recent inpatient staffing experience. PGY2 training, particularly in Critical Care or Drug Use Policy, is preferred, though pharmacists with significant Critical Care experience will also be considered. Strong project management skills are highly valued. A California license is required, but the organization is willing to wait for licensure. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $164K-$262K, comprehensive benefits, and approximately one weekend of inpatient staffing per month.
