An excellent opportunity is available for an Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist with a highly respected academic medical center in Southern California. This full-time role works directly within the outpatient infusion setting, providing comprehensive pharmacy care to oncology patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary cancer care team. The position offers exposure to complex therapies including hematologic malignancies, BMT, CAR-T, and TIL. Qualified candidates must have a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree and previous clinical oncology or infusion pharmacy experience. PGY1/PGY2 residency training and BCOP certification are preferred. Candidates should be confident with chemotherapy order verification, patient education, therapeutic drug monitoring, and clinical oncology practice.
