A growing Endocrinology practice in the Greater New Haven area of Connecticut is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-focused team dedicated to delivering high-quality diabetes and endocrine care.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an advanced practice provider who enjoys managing complex endocrine conditions, building long-term patient relationships, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a predominantly outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Minimum of 3 years of Endocrinology experience required
• Strong clinical skills in diabetes and endocrine disease management
• Board Certification preferred
• CDCES certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
