For locals (within 50 Miles):

W2 Local: $43/hr ' Weekly payrate: $1,720

1099 Local: $47/hr ' Weekly payrate: $1,880

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 44
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 1,760
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 20
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $ 800
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $ 960

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $47.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$1,880

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting while supporting their health, safety, and daily care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and daily nursing needs.
• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments as required.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection-control and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Nursing Home/LTC experience
• Strong patient-care, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMR/documentation systems preferred.
