Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $73.00

Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,628.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $34.89

Minimum Hourly Stipend: $38.11

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,256.04

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,371.96

Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,628.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$2,700

Registered Nurse (RN) ' Labor & Delivery Job Description

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assist with deliveries, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and emergency procedures
• Monitor labor progress and respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring Certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of travel nursing experience required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
