• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• M-F 8a-5pm schedule (With some 6pm rotations to cover walk-ins); with a weekend rotation per month of either Saturday 9a-4p or Sunday 12p-5p
• No Call
• Typically see approx. 25 ppd
• Will see all ages
• 100% outpatient
